Bar Soho Review

The Venue

This is a popular drinking and party venue for local office workers and tourists and is located on Old Compton Street and offers a larger than life surrounding to enjoy a bite to eat, cocktails, after work drinks, late night clubbing and various celebrations.

With a daily happy hour and various food and drinks promotion on offer it's always quite busy.

The venue has recently undergone a minor refurbishment, Its all-black facade includes wide-open patio doors and a large pavement area with tables a chairs making it a perfect place to enjoy your drinks and watch Soho in action.

The interior of the bar has also seen the touch of the creative brush with a Soho-themed mural covering the ceiling, vintage TV screens above the bar and mismatched seating creates a rough but chic look and feel.

With a pretty large bar stretching across the venue and high stools makes it a good place to have a quick drink or you can choose to perch yourselves on the high chairs and tables or opt for a large quirky funfair waltzer booth.

Upstairs you will find the hidden boudoir bar with its four poster bed hidden behind a glass wall of champagne bottles surrounded by dark oak furnishings and just next door it gets a little weird with sawn off bath tub sofas and toilets style tables.

This area upstairs is perfect for private parties and can be hired out.

It can get busy here so getting on the guestlist or booking in advance is highly recommended.

Birthday and party packages are available from as little as £50 for those who are looking to celebrate without breaking the bank.
