We booked a table and put a tab on the bar for about 15 to 20 people. The bar tender was very slow and took about 10 minutes to make a single drink, he constantly kept looking at what he needed to put into each drink (even if we asked for a drink he had just made for us).
We were there for almost two hours, when two of our friends were rejected at the door as the door girl didn't like their look (they were wearing Kenzo tops and jeans). I spoke to the manager on the night, Susie, explaining we had booked a table and had a tab, and just asked for them to let our friends in (we had already spent over a few hundred pounds at the bar). She refused and blamed the woman "Lucy in reservations" that we booked it through, as she should have told us that our guests could be rejected depending on how the door staff felt. We closed our tab and left immediately.
I called the reservations team asking for a formal apology and they denied saying its up to their door staff who they want in. Worst customer service experience of my life, the woman on the phone, Amy, was a robot who kept saying "I wasn't there, but we have a right to not let who we want in".
So if you're thinking of checking out Sway bar only do so if you like fake pretentious places that have no substance, with terrible customer service and useless bar staff.
